Tastings and consultations are typically done in the evenings during the week. This is because during the day I am busy doing the physical work in preparing my orders.  I can accommodate up to four per tasting.  During a tasting I will provide a variety of my most popular flavors, fillings, and frostings for you to sample.  This will give you an idea what my cakes are about:)  Consultations are free but tastings are $30 to cover the ingredients and time involved in preparing for your tasting. Feel free to bring any inspiration items or pictures that will give me an idea of what you are visualizing.  After your private tasting we will sit down and go over everything and I will come up with a quote for you!
